YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

-Establish organizational baselines
-Highlight expected capacity gaps and making recommendations
-Follow up action plans with resource managers.

Produce capacity plans in line with the organization's business planning cycle and identify capacity needs early

-To ensure that capacity gaps are filled before execution.

-Recommend continuous improvements to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of processes and tools.

Be responsible for analysis of resource management in Transformation Office projects. Activities include

-Assessment of resource planning performance
-Suggesting ways to improve resource planning.

Monitoring and maintenance of dashboards and performance indicators

-Ensuring the validity of data presented
-Monitoring the performance of indicators
-Monitoring the performance of indicators
-Proposing new key performance indicators

Facilitate the management of resource planning conflicts

-Facilitation of resource planning management meetings
-Raising planning issues before they arise.

Exigences et conditions

-A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management computing, computer engineering or any other related discipline.
-1-3 years of experience in capacity management and resource planning or project management.
-Good knowledge of business, operational and corporate processes.
-Experience working in a matrix environment.
-Bilingual in French and English.
