Job Description

Reporting to the Team Leader Workforce Management, the person is responsible for the workforce for all Contact Center teams. The Workforce Planner is responsible for the day to day management of schedules according to the incoming calls and works closely with the team leaders and assistant team leaders in order to make the appropriate decision to meet the service level target. The responsibilities include:

What does your typical day look like?

Report daily absences and take appropriate action;
Perform forecasts for all teams;
Responsible for the schedules;
Manage incoming phone calls;
Data entry;
Analysis and update of different reports.

Exigences et conditions

What skills and experience are we looking for?

College diploma or equivalent experience and a minimum of 1 year as a workforce planner;
Working knowledge of all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook etc.). Excellent Excel skills is required;
Working knowledge of Interactive Intelligence ICBM is an asset;
Working knowledge of IEX is necessary
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French;
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
Must be detail oriented and able to multitask.
