Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company:


Our team goal is to make sure people use the best tools to work efficiently. You will contribute to this objective by being the main point of contact for all incoming calls, various requests from our direct customers as well as from our partners. Succeeding in this role means having the customer's concern at the heart of your actions while being attentive to needs. To do this, you will collaborate with sales advisors, direct clients, partners and other key stakeholders.


Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role:

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Sherweb’s solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
Accompany our Customers on their journey of learning, Providing full platform training, onboarding and support to both new and existing Customers;
Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for Sherweb to continuous improve on their product and services offering;
Provide pre- and post-sales support;
Play an important role in retaining our customers/partners by offering best in class, efficient and professional solutions as required;
A strong focus on first contact resolution and problem solving - High Sense of urgency to understand and resolve our customer’s issue;
Drive customer engagement and delight through meaningful and memorable conversations.
