YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) activities from design to production, ensuring proper execution of risk reduction activities
Mobilize stakeholders by developing new approaches to demonstrating the assessed risk in order to eliminate it at the source (design modification)
Prioritize risks and provide the justifications required to resolve them; set objectives and make decisions on the soundness of solutions put forward to address risks
Improve our methods in order to respond to new production realities (logistics, mixed model, etc.) and ensure they function properly
Solve problems, create a monitoring plan and ensure follow-up on PFMEA activities
Address risks and implement monitoring processes to maintain quality levels
Innovate and identify sustainable solutions to develop and standardize best practices in PFMEA and monitoring to solidify a position as a centre of expertise

Exigences et conditions
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in engineering or any other relevant discipline
Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Recognized leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent sense of influence
Be recognized for its rigor, structure and autonomy
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
