WHY JOIN THE TEAM
You have an intrapreneur character and a propensity for strategy and wish to support BRP in achieving its improvement and optimization objectives.
You want to have a broad understanding of the business, from manufacturer to distribution, and to benefit from a variety of expertise.
You have technical expertise, but want to use your interpersonal skills by working closely with engineering, product development teams, logistics and distribution, and manufacturing sites in North America.
YOU KEY RESPONSABILITIES
As Vehicle Packaging Specialist - Manufacturing Strategies, you will be responsible for the manufacturing phases of the vehicle packaging strategy. You'll have to :
Perform and coordinate watches to understand technologies and solutions that could allow BRP to improve vehicle packaging, costs and dealer satisfaction.
Carry out feasibility studies regarding the implementation of new packaging strategies aimed at reducing costs, improving quality and satisfying dealers.
Establish governance to ensure coordination between the various stakeholders and stakeholders in the manufacturer
Collect feedback from vehicle packaging systems in assembly, logistics, transportation and distribution, take action to address issues and make improvements and incorporate improvements into new designs.
Support and influence engineering from the start of the product development process and put "Design for Assembly, Logistics, ..." into action with engineering.
Clearly define the manufacturing and logistical requirements that our various vehicle packaging systems must meet. In doing so, develop strong expertise in distribution and become a benchmark within development teams.
Develop validation plans for assembly, logistics, transportation and distribution as part of the product development process to ensure a smooth release into production.
