The Challenge: M365 Technical Trainer

Part of our Technical Support department and reporting to the Training & Advanced Support Manager, you will be responsible for planning, building and managing trainings for technicians dedicated to resolving technical issues related to our Cloud products and services, notably Office 365. You will also work closely with management, technical specialists and HR to create training material and collaterals that will correspond to the SherWeb's business needs on strategic operational levels.

Your mandate:
· Perform needs analysis and gather data to identify and meet technical support learning needs
· Collaborate with management to plan and organize training activities according to needs and priorities
· Deliver technical training, including onboarding and continuous trainings
· Ensure employees receive quality training to develop their skills
· Plan and produce training content and material, such as manuals, presentations, video spots and tutorials, course outlines, etc.
· Continuously measure and improve the quality of trainings by using management tools
· Evaluate trainings ROI by measuring improvements on individual abilities and team performance
· Update training material and collaterals to reflect product changes and software updates
· Follow-up with HR on training procedures (Bill 90, expenses, budgets, etc.)
· Perform other related duties as the needs of the department, organization and position evolve

Exigences et conditions

Your profile:
· University or College degree in Computer Science, Education or equivalent experience
· 5 years of experience as a technical trainer or in a similar role
· Experience as an IT professional will be considered as an asset (system administrator or architect, programmer, etc.)
· Experience with training management and content development tools and systems
· Good knowledge of the IT industry and its issues
· Good knowledge of Microsoft products, notably Office 365 (an asset)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
