Here's what you need to have and master to get the job:
Bachelor’s Degree/College Diploma in Business Administration, Legal Assistant/Law Clerk, Communications, Project Management, or another related field
3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative, project management or legal role
Fluently bilingual with excellent written communication skills both in French and English
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to easily manage multiple files and priorities at the same time and work under pressure
Tech-savvy, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and an openness to learn new software
Strong interpersonal skills
Resourcefulness, adaptability, and flexibility are essential
Demonstrated ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters
Self-starter, hard working with a love of fast-paced environments
Previous experience in legal department or M&A is an asset
