2 years of experience in a customer-facing position
Proficient with CRM dashboards, activity management and other functionalities
Bilingual ( French and English)
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products (presentations, scorecards, analytics)
