Our team goal is to make sure people use the best tools to work efficiently. You will contribute to this goal by providing advice, expertise and support to the company's sales and internal management teams. Succeeding in this role involves generating new ideas and having the desire to participate in the continuous improvement of sales processes by calling on your analytical mind. To do this, you will collaborate with sales advisors, customers, partners and other key stakeholders.



Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role.



Act as a gatekeeper, manage and dispatch inbound call traffic from customers
Ensure an interdepartmental liaison (escalations, ticket monitoring, day to day tasks, migration or pricing requests, etc.)
Coordinate the sales team’s administrative requests and tasks
Book meetings and calls between representatives and partners
Ensure one-call resolution sales and partner education (adding something, quick answer, product information, pricing, etc.)
Create leads and operations for the sales team to action
Coordinate internal and external partner-experience feedback

2 years of experience in a customer-facing position

Proficient with CRM dashboards, activity management and other functionalities
Bilingual ( French and English)
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products (presentations, scorecards, analytics)
