You will contribute to this objective by supporting the HR team on a variety of HR and administrative aspects. Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role.

After coffee, tea, lemon water or morning kombucha, know that your day will go by at full speed! You will support the Human Resources department and will have to:

Write, edit and format documents, emails and presentations;
Logistically support the planning of meetings and events;
Support the talent acquisition team at different stages of the selection process. For example, but not limited to:

Coordinate job postings on the Sherweb career site
Plan interview periods with managers
Use our online platforms for the administration of tests and background checks and proactively communicate the results
Collaborate on certain initiatives related to the Employer Brand
Support the preparation of employment agreements
Activate access requests and the sending of the welcome kit in preparation for the entry of new employees

Ensure rigorous follow-up of work permit files;
Produce reports on key metrics to measure progress and facilitate decision-making;
Set up a harmonized and rigorous archiving and filing system;
Participate concretely in HR and organizational objectives.

Here's what you need to have and master to get the job.

If you have at least half, you have a great chance to receive a call from us.

College diploma in business administration or a related field;
A combination of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within an HR department;
Possess strong skills in priority management and organization of work;
Ability to learn in a constantly changing environment;
Professional attitude combined with a thirst for resourcefulness and autonomy;
Geek at heart always looking to make the most of technology for efficiency. In other words, have demonstrated skills in the use of Microsoft tools (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a willingness to learn new software).
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential data;
Bilingualism: English and French - oral and written.
