Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company:

Our team goal is to ensure that our businesspeople are equipped to help their clients do better work. You will contribute to this goal by overseeing Sherweb’s presence across multiple communities and making sure that it is aligned with our brand and mission. Succeeding in this role involves having a deep understanding of each tech community’s specificities and adapting our content and initiatives to each of them to further strengthen our notoriety within the industry. To do this, you will closely collaborate with Product Marketing Managers as well as other members of the marketing team.

Here's what your day to day will look like in this role:

Work on Sherweb’s Brand awareness and notoriety across different online tech communities to make sure that Sherweb is seen and perceived as the most trusted partner in the industry;
Build relationships with current communities – Analyze what was done in the past, what we are currently doing and where Sherweb could improve;
Assess communities’ landscapes and find potential new ones we could be working with;
Learn the pros and cons of each community and the specificities of each audience. Have a deep understanding of which products & solutions each audience is interested in and make recommendations on the tone and message to better resonate with them;
Work closely with PMMs in order to suggest educational initiatives that could be pursued through the most adequate community;
Assure the liaison with the community and the creative team to share the adequate tone and message that needs to be used depending on the chosen audience, create the requested formats, and manage all follow-ups and back and forth with the communities;
Close follow-ups on the performance of the campaigns and build monthly reporting on the different initiatives that were done and make recommendations on how to better maximize our investments and results.

Exigences et conditions

Here's what you need to have and master to get the job:

If you have at least half, you have a great chance to receive a call from us

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role;
University diploma in marketing or e-commerce or any other related field;
Great understanding of digital media and online communities;
Good understanding of paid platforms is a plus (Adwords, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit);
Strong organization and prioritization skills;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
Fluent in English, French is a nice to have
Capable to synthesize results of complex campaigns into easy-to-understand concepts;
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
