Here’s what your day to day will look like:
Selling & Cross-Sell IT to targeted customers.
Presenting service portfolio & updates
Organizing monthly & quarterly account reviews
managing pipeline & sales forecast
Developing and maintaining customer relationships (c-level)
Ensuring customer loyalty & fidelity
Here’s what you need to have and master to get the job done:
Proficient in Cloud & IT services & technologies
Strong ability to influence and build trusting and lasting relationships at all organizational levels.
Strong ability to collaborate with downstream and cross functional departments to ensure partner experience is optimal
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Manager/Executive
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be bilingual (French and English)
Strong Business Acumen and ability to work through complex and detailed business cases
