Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role.



See to the identification and resolution of problems encountered in relation to our hosted services: Exchange, SharePoint, O365, GSuite, Compliance services, BitDefender and Lync/Skype for Business.
Act as a reference for our level2 Technical Support agents and resolve problems that are above their skill set, or refer those problems to our system administrators when necessary.
Assure a high quality level of customer service.
Include, consult and collaborate with the other level 3 support technicians when resolving different problems.
Share your knowledge with the level 2 technical support agents.
Be occasionally involved in specific projects.

Exigences et conditions

Here's what you need to have and master to get the job.

If you have at least half, you have a great chance to receive a call from us.



1 to 3 years’ experience in a technical support and customer service role
Bilingualism (English/French), spoken and written
Certificate or College diploma in technology will be considered an asset
Excellent knowledge of Windows based applications
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint
Any other certification in a computer-based field will be considered an asset
