Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company:

Your goal will be to empower and enable Sherweb’s IT channel partners to successfully grow their managed IT services business. In this role, you and your team will be responsible for building and managing the various customer success and loyalty programs that have a direct impact on our partner’s ability to successfully onboard and activate with Sherweb and to acquire new customers and diversify their service offering. You will provide the right content, messaging/positioning and proper tools to our Partner Network sales team in order to support them in their efforts to successfully onboard, activate and grow their respective partners.

Here's what you day to day will look like:

Along with your team, you will be responsible for Customer Success/Loyalty programs in order to meet and exceed the expectation of your partners
Support partners to succeed – develop sales and marketing plans, organize trainings, support onboarding
Work and collaborate with various company departments to execute success/loyalty programs and initiatives
Empower our partner-facing sales teams with channel business-driving resources, as well as knowledge and training associated with Success programs
Be accountable for the Success program objectives (ROI, budgets, KPIs) and assess the effectiveness of each program (measure KPIs and actively monitor performance)
Specify market requirements for current and future programs by conducting market research, monitoring the competition and talking to partners (gathering the voice of customer)
Overall vision, execution and ongoing coordination/management of the Sherweb partner training and enablement programs
Build annual training and enablement program priorities, plans and initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders and departments
Development and management of all partner training and enablement initiatives (i.e. online training portal, events, instructional content/materials/quiz, trainers)
Direct implication in the management and coordination of Sherweb’s annual Accelerate Cloud Summit partner event
Assist and support partners in accelerating their go-to-market strategy, by providing programs and services that assist in implementation and general strategy
Travel on occasion to attend industry trade shows, events, speaking engagements and partner visits as required

Here's what you need to have and master to get the job:
If you have at least half, you have a great chance to receive a call from us.

5 years of experience in partner success management or related field, and at least 3 years in a leadership role
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Masters considered an asset
Ability to manage budgets, conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate program ROI (data gathering and analysis)
Demonstrated skills in managing teams, facilitation, influencing and coaching
Exceptional written, verbal and communication skills, in both French and English
Sound decision making and organizational skills
Project Management experience
